Aside from being called The Queen of Fashion on The Model Idea TV show, Sherrie Gearheart is an international runway and print model. During 2015, Gearheart walked in Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Chicago Fashion Week, completed an international World Supermodel Tour in China, among other modeling accomplishments. Her work as a model and humanitarian has been featured in over fifty publications and she has graced the cover of several magazines. Gearheart is Founder and President of Tiara Magazine a pageantry, fashion, beauty publication read in over 177 countries online and in print. Tiara Magazine was founded in 2009.

Sherrie Gearheart is the reigning Miss United Nations World Ambassador for 2014-2015, a title she won for her humanitarian efforts. She has taken this title to the Philippines where she completed a major media tour teaching people how to prevent suicide while also helping children with disabilities and terminal illnesses. Gearheart visits the Philippines every other year to continue her efforts there. Gearheart is the recipient of the 2015 Humanitarian of the Year Award, the highest honor given by the We Live and Remember in Color Project by Quinton De’Alexander.

Sherrie Gearheart established Live Out Loud Charity (LOLC), a non profit organization focused on suicide awareness, and prevention through core character development. She established this organization one year after losing her childhood friend to suicide. He was only 19 years of age. Since 2010, LOLC has reached over 80 million individuals around the world educating people on the signs of suicide and how to stop this preventable cause of death.

Every year LOLC holds an annual fashion show which showcases all sizes, heights, ages, and ethnicities. It is truly about promoting self esteem and self love. Incredible international and domestic designers showcase each year with our audience of over 500 attendees and several media outlets.  Aside from producing the events, programs, and fashion shows for LOLC, Gearheart gives informative seminars and speeches to countless audiences. Gearheart is an official ASIST First Aid Certified Suicide Intervention paraprofessional and a PAL caregiver.

As a QPR Certified Gatekeeper, Ms. Gearheart gives seminars to adults of all ages, teaching them the signs of suicide, and how to intervene to stop this preventable cause of death. For our youth she teaches self esteem courses and a core character development program she created with the approval of doctors, social workers, principals, and students. 

As a TruthMedia Worldwide mentor she counsels teens/youth all over the world. Her favorite program is running the Leadership Academy & Worldwide Ambassador program which she founded in 2012 & 2014 where she mentors over fifty youth and adults that speak on behalf of Live Out Loud Charity across the nation and world. Her most recent endeavor is running the Celebrate Life talk show for Live Out Loud Charity and representing USA in the Miss United Nations pageant held in Jamaica summer of 2015.
